On January 27, 2023, Albert contacted us for the first time, wanting to buy three anchor winches, two 50 ton electric winches and one 30 ton electric anchor winch, requiring 1: Friction type winch, one drum isresponsible for rope storage, the other two drum pullin boat; Requirement 2: Drum capacity; requirement 3: Motor requirement; Requirement 4: Motor Brand; Requirement 5: Motor Power; Requirement 6: Main engine reducer, etc. According to the above requirements, our company has initially customized the hoist for customers (one) as follows:

In mid-February 2023, the customer put forward clear requirements for the pulley set (involving the multiple of the pulley set and the design of the rope), the type of wire rope, etc. (The customer's confidential design is designed here, without too much detailed description).
According to the latest needs of the customer, the designer of our company re-sorted and designed the project, provided the customer with the best solution, and the customer readily agreed and started the payment process.
At the same time, considering the large scale of the customer's enterprise and the complicated payment process, we will remind the customer of the exchange rate, raw materials and sea freight. After learning about the actual situation, Albert submitted the expedited work order to the company based on the actual situation of the project. We are very grateful to Albert for his understanding and support, which enabled our project to move forward smoothly.

This series of winches is mainly used for all kinds of large, super large concrete, steel structure and steel cables, long distance traction and large stroke lifting. After the completion of the project, Albert asked us for two sets of 35-ton electric rope winches in June, but we could not design the scheme for the customer for only one tonnage, so he asked the customer the following questions (involving the details of the customer's project, without giving too much description):

According to Albert's requirements for the above problems, we customized the 35 ton electric rope winch drawing for him. Albert and the company were very satisfied with the technology and made payment to our company in early August.
