As the name suggests, fixed type pneumatic hoists are lifting devices that use compressed air as the power source. They are driven by pneumatic motors to lift, lower, and horizontally move heavy objects. It mainly consists of pneumatic motors, reducers, drum assemblies, braking systems, chains or steel cables, and control devices. The pneumatic motor converts the pressure energy of compressed air into mechanical energy, which is then reduced in speed and increased in torque by the reducer to drive the drum to rotate, thereby achieving the retraction and extension of the chain or steel cable and lifting and lowering the heavy object. The braking system ensures that the hoist can be reliably braked when the air supply is cut off, preventing the heavy object from sliding down. Compared with traditional electric hoists, fixed-type air hoists have many advantages, such as explosion-proof, no sparks, corrosion resistance, smooth operation, and low noise.
