The complete assembly of the chain pneumatic hoist consists of three parts: the lifting mechanism, the traveling mechanism, and the air supply system. The lifting mechanism includes a pneumatic motor, a planetary reducer, a lifting assembly, a brake, a lifting chain, a lifting hook assembly, and a main control valve. The lifting mechanism realizes the lifting and lowering of heavy objects by controlling the main control valve, and achieves the positioning braking by opening and closing the brake to ensure the safety of the lifting operation. The lifting mechanism can be used in a fixed state or moved under the traveling mechanism. The traveling mechanism uses an air-powered traveling trolley, consisting of an active wheel, a passive wheel, and a wall panel. It is driven by the pneumatic motor and planetary reducer controlled by the main control valve to achieve the horizontal movement of the lifted heavy objects. The air supply system uses compressed air as the power source to control the hoist's lifting and traveling.
