Lifting speed refers to the rate at which an electric chain hoist lifts or lowers the load. The working level of an electric chain hoist is an internationally recognized value defined based on the working frequency and duration of the electric hoist under its rated load. The working level classification standards for electric hoists include M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, and M8. The higher the level, the greater the workload of the motor, the better the motor performance, and the longer the service life. Running type: The electric trolley chain hoist is installed on a small cart that can move horizontally along a track, allowing for both vertical and horizontal lifting operations, suitable for larger work areas.
Low headroom type: The motor and gearbox of the electric chain hoist are installed on the same side, reducing the hook size C and increasing the headroom, suitable for lower work areas.
Double chain type: Two electric chain hoists are installed on the same cart, using two mechanically synchronized chains to achieve lifting operations of long objects or beams.
Explosion-proof type: All components of the electric chain hoist are designed and made of explosion-proof materials, allowing lifting operations in places with explosive gases or dust.
