Please provide lifting capacity, lifting height, working duty, lifting speed, power supply, control method, and working environment. If the hoist will be mounted on a beam or trolley, please also provide the beam size, travelling distance, and whether you need manual or electric trolley travel.

We can supply different lifting and pulling capacities according to your application. Capacity selection depends on the load weight, safety factor, working duty, rope arrangement, lifting height, and operating conditions. Please send your requirement, and our engineers can recommend a suitable model.

Yes. We can customize lifting capacity, lifting height, rope length, drum size, speed, voltage, control method, paint color, explosion-proof configuration, marine protection, and special mounting structure according to your project requirements.

Yes. We can provide explosion-proof electric hoists, pneumatic hoists, electric winches, and pneumatic winches for hazardous environments. These products are commonly used in oil and gas, chemical plants, paint workshops, mines, fuel storage areas, and other locations with gas, vapor, or dust risks. 

Yes. We can customize voltage and frequency according to your local power supply, such as 220V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 460V, 480V, 50Hz, or 60Hz.

Common control methods include pendant control, wireless remote control, cabin control, local control panel, and customized control systems. The best control method depends on the operation distance, working environment, safety requirements, and customer preference. 

Yes. We can supply and customize winches for towing, mooring, positioning, logging, lifting, pulling, and other industrial applications. The drum capacity, brake system, rope speed, rope diameter, and control method should be selected according to the actual working conditions. 

Standard hoists, winches, and spare parts can usually be produced within about 7 to 15 workdays after technical confirmation and advance payment. Customized, explosion-proof, marine, or heavy-duty products may require a longer production time depending on technical complexity.

Yes. If your project is urgent, please inform us before placing the order. We will check the production schedule and try to prioritize your order. The final delivery time depends on product type, quantity, customization level, and shipping method.

Hoists, winches, motors, control panels, and spare parts are usually packed in plywood cases or wooden boxes. We also use waterproof protection and anti-rust treatment where necessary to protect the equipment during sea freight, air freight, and inland transportation.

Small spare parts can be shipped by express or air freight. Hoists and winches are commonly shipped by sea freight. The best shipping method depends on equipment size, weight, destination, urgency, and freight cost.

We can provide an operation manual, product certificate, packing list, commercial invoice, technical data, photos, videos, and other documents required for shipment or customer acceptance. Additional project documents can be provided according to order requirements.

The standard warranty period is usually 24 months. During the warranty period, if a problem is caused by product quality under correct operation, we will provide technical support and necessary replacement parts according to the warranty terms.
