What Are The Advantages Of Explosion-proof Wire Rope Hoists Over Ordinary Electric Wire Rope Hoists?

The main difference in performance between ordinary electric wire rope hoists and explosion-proof wire rope hoists is that explosion-proof electric hoists can prevent explosions, while ordinary electric hoists cannot. The price of explosion-proof electric hoists is higher than that of ordinary electric hoists due to their performance advantages. The difference lies in the materials and components of the electric hoists. 1. Ordinary electric hoists use ordinary conical motors, while the lifting mechanism and running motor of explosion-proof electric hoists are explosion-proof, with a level of ExdⅡCT4. The motor protection grade is IP55, and the insulation grade is F. In contrast, the insulation grade of ordinary wire rope electric hoists is B, and the protection grade is IP44.

2. Explosion-proof electric hoists use explosion-proof hooks. The third-level explosion-proof hook is the same as the ordinary hook, but there is a copper sheet at the rope outlet of the hook pulley. The fourth-level explosion-proof hook is based on this, and the hook head is replaced with stainless steel.
