Wire rope electric hoists have the features of compact structure, light weight, and small size. They are suitable for mechanical equipment in basic construction projects such as civil engineering and construction of buildings and bridges, power, ships, automobile manufacturing, construction, highways, bridges, metallurgy, mining, slope tunnels, shaft treatment, and protection in construction companies, factories, and mines. The components of a wire rope electric hoist can be roughly divided into: reducer, control box, wire rope, conical motor, and button switch. The functions and roles of each part are as follows:
The reducer: It adopts a three-stage fixed-axis helical gear transmission mechanism. The gears and gear shafts are made of heat-treated alloy steel, and the box body and box cover are made of high-quality cast iron. The assembly is tight and the sealing is good.
The control box: It is equipped with a device that can cut off the main circuit in an emergency and has an upper and lower travel protection limit switch.
The wire rope: It uses a type of lifting wire rope, which ensures durability.
The conical motor: The lifting motor adopts a large torque conical rotor brake asynchronous motor, without the need for an external brake.
Button switch: It is a hand-operated type, light and flexible, and is available in both rope-controlled and ropeless remote control modes.
1. Do not use limiters to stop the hoist, and do not adjust the brake, conduct inspection or maintenance when lifting heavy objects.
2. When the lifted object approaches or reaches the rated load, a short and low test lift should be conducted first, followed by lifting it at the minimum height. Do not pass over people when lifting heavy objects.
3. For electric hoists without a lowering limiter, when the hook is at the lowest working position, there must be more than three turns of safety rope left on the drum.
4. If there is any abnormal noise during use, stop first, then check, and start again after eliminating the fault.
