1. Intrinsically safe explosion-proof: Utilizing compressed air as the power source eliminates the risk of electrical sparks from electrical equipment, enabling safe operation in flammable and explosive environments. 1. Activate the pneumatic motor, and then the drive gear begins to rotate. Before starting, engage the brake band on the drum and release the brake lever on the large gear so that the drum remains stationary while only the large internal gear rotates.
2. To start the drum, fully release the brake band on the drum and then tighten the brake band on the large internal gear. At this point, the drum will rotate and begin winding the wire rope for operation.
3. During operation, if you need to temporarily stop the winch, release the brake band on the large internal gear and then engage the brake band on the drum.
4. When starting the electric motor, never apply both brakes simultaneously, as this may cause the motor to burn out.
5. The temperature of the drum brake band and bearings on the pneumatic winch must not exceed 70°C. If the temperature rises sharply, stop the machine immediately and inspect it.
6. To prevent dust ingress and oil leakage, ensure that the sealing devices on the pneumatic winch are intact and undamaged.
7. For safe operation, before starting, check whether the wire rope end is securely fastened, examine the internal transmission structure for any damage or jamming, and verify that internal components show no excessive wear. Only start the machine after confirming all conditions are satisfactory.
