1. The ND-type wire rope electric hoist combines manufacturing expertise with advanced technology, making it an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly product. Featuring a parallel layout design, the drum unit is arranged in parallel with the motor via a reducer, resulting in compact dimensions and a space-saving structure.
2. The lifting motor is a squirrel-cage cylindrical 2/12-pole dual-speed braking motor designed for low vibration and low noise. The motor housing is made of aluminum alloy formed by extrusion to reduce weight and improve heat dissipation. The reducer is specifically designed for cranes, with gears manufactured from low-carbon alloy steel using carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. Gear surface hardness exceeds 60 HRC, and manufacturing precision reaches grade 6 or higher. The reducer features a maintenance-free design, with transmission gears submerged in lubricating oil during operation.
3. The braking system employs a maintenance-free electromagnetic disc brake with a minimum safety factor of 1.8. Brake clearance automatically compensates when brake pads wear. The safety system integrates overload protection, power loss protection, phase reversal protection, precise upper and lower limit switches, as well as real-time storage functions for operational, status, and fault information.
4. Designed with modular construction and optimized load-bearing structures, the hoist uses high-strength hooks to minimize swinging during lifting. A counter-rolling wheel assembly replaces the traditional counterweight box used in low-clearance hoists, reducing overall weight. Horizontal guide wheels are installed at both ends.
5. The control electrical components use imported parts. Lifting supports dual-speed or frequency-controlled stepless speed regulation, ensuring smooth operation and accurate positioning.

1. Before each use, the hoist must be started several times under no load, and the following items must be checked: whether the buttons reliably control the hoist's lifting and operation; whether the limit switch closes dynamically flexibly and reliably; whether there are any abnormal sounds or odors during operation; whether the wire rope is properly wound in a spiral groove on the drum; whether the wire rope near the drum groove is damaged due to the weight of the hook; and whether the wire rope between the hook and the drum is twisted. Any abnormalities should be promptly addressed before use.
2. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to use the electric wire rope hoist in unauthorized environments or beyond its rated load capacity per hour or rated number of cycles.
3. The fireproof limiter of the electric wire rope hoist is a safety device designed to prevent the hook from exceeding its limit position and avoid accidents. It may only be used for upper and lower limits and must not be removed arbitrarily.
4. It is strictly forbidden to suspend heavy loads over people or critical equipment to prevent accidents.
5. If the brake fails during operation and the body becomes rapidly fixed, immediately press the upward button to raise the load by a certain distance, then press the downward button to lower the load at normal speed. After unloading, immediately identify the cause and eliminate the fault.
6. It is recommended not to leave heavy loads suspended in mid-air for extended periods to prevent component deformation.
7. If the button fails and the contactor contacts become jammed, power must be cut off immediately, the cause identified, and the fault eliminated.
8. If loose or tangled wire rope is discovered, first remove the guide rope ring, neatly reorganize the wire rope, and reinstall it. Do not continue rotating the drum to loosen the wire rope, as this could damage the rope guide.
9. Never simultaneously press two buttons to reverse the movement of the electric wire rope hoist.
10. After use, the hook should be raised more than 2 meters above ground level, and the main power switch should be turned off to ensure safety.
11. The end of the wire rope must be securely fastened. Regularly inspect the wire rope for wear and breakage, keep the surface clean, strictly follow operating procedures, strictly control waste conditions, and ensure safe use of the wire rope.
