The JQH-type pneumatic lifting winch is composed of a motor assembly (gas motor), brake assembly, gearbox, drum, frame, and other main parts.
1. The main parts of the gas motor are the gas motor body and the main valve installed in it, the gas valve, and the six connecting rods, pistons, cylinders, and so on, which are successively connected to the crankshaft.
2. The gearbox and base are cast into one, it is equipped with a gear frame and two sets of gear pairs (one set for the external gear pair, the other set for the internal gear pair), and all gears are fully enclosed in a gearbox with a certain oil level. The gearbox is located between the air motor and the drum, it can transmit the power generated by the gas engine to the drum through the two sets of decelerating gear trains and the clutch fixed on the spindle.
3. The brake is composed of a steel belt, asbestos belt, support frame, handle and adjusting screw, and other main parts. The steel belt is formed into a circle, and its inner wall is riveted with asbestos tape, which is wrapped around the circumference of the brake band of the roller. One end is connected with a support frame fixed on the frame, and the other end is riveted with a joint with internal thread, which is spun with an adjustment screw fixed on the support frame. When the handle is tightened in a clockwise direction, the steel belt can act as a brake, so that the running drum stops braking. Operation and maintenance instructions
1. When the air tugger winch is running, the gauge pressure of the intake pipe must be maintained at 0.6-0.7MPa.
2. The compressed air supplied must be clean and dry.
The compressed air used in general often contains a certain amount of water and dust. When the winch is running, these impurities are often condensed and attached, or accumulated on the airway of the gas engine, the inner wall of the cylinder, and the surface of other parts, so that the parts are easy to rust, wear, or lead to the slow operation of the winch and insufficient traction. In this case, the winch should be immediately removed from work, folded, and cleaned before use.
Especially in winter, water vapor often condenses into ice on the exhaust channel, and the pipeline is blocked to a certain extent, resulting in slow operation of the winch, decreased power, and even not working normally.
In order to avoid the above adverse consequences, Suggestion: If the gas pressure is not affected, install a condensation filter device on the input gas pipeline to ensure that the input gas is clean and dry. 3. The duct connecting the gas transmission pipeline with the winch inlet should be the rubber tube with the specified aperture, and the dirt in the duct should be blown with compressed air before use.
4. The selection of the diameter of the steel rope should be specified according to the technical parameter table.
One end of the rope head should be stuck with the drum, tighten it with the stop screw and wrap the steel rope around the barrel in turn. In the use of steel rope, should be regularly checked, pay attention to maintenance.
5. It should be ensured that the lubricating oil in the crankcase is at a certain oil level and that there is enough rich lubricating oil in the gearbox.
6. The operation of the pneumatic tugger winch is extremely simple.
When connected to the gas pipe, just push the clutch at the front of the drum, and pull the lever at the end of the gas motor to start the winch. The position of the joystick can be divided into "left", "middle" and "right" three parts, that is, the drum of the winch can be "positive turn", "stop" and "reverse" three parts. If the joystick is turned to the left, the direction of the drum is positive, if the joystick is turned to the right, the drum can run in the opposite direction, and when the joystick is in the middle position, the drum can stop immediately.
7. JQH-type pneumatic winch has a certain self-locking function. When lifting, in the process of lowering or lifting heavy objects, It can be stopped in the middle of use (the time cannot be too long) according to the need, and the heavy object has no danger of falling, but if it can be used with the brake at the same time, it is more safe and reliable.
Note: When lifting heavy objects, you must first pull the joystick to the middle "stop" position, and then use the brake, otherwise, even if the brake cannot achieve the braking purpose.
8. When the winch stops running, if the drum needs to be moved, as long as the clutch is removed, the drum can rotate freely.
9. Even if the winch is in normal operation, it should be disassembled and cleaned within the prescribed time limit.
